Inner Influencing is designed by Paul Greblick and is a series of self-directed methods and processes that can help you to gain more control over your life, rid yourself of emotional difficulties, and help to get you permanently unstuck from life experiences that are truly less than ideal for you.

ZPoint

ZPoint is a very simple yet profoundly effective process that allows the areas that are in conflict within you to be balanced and healed. It is designed to quickly and easily promote transformation, thus allowing the release of the strong feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that cause distress. Our inner feelings, thoughts, and behaviors can greatly limit us - even if we aren't consciously aware of them.

ZPoint is profoundly effective in clearing these limiting aspects. With ZPoint there are no complicated instructions to follow; there is no equipment to buy, and it is NOT hypnosis. ZPoint is simple and easy to learn, effective method that can be applied in any situation at any time. The results of ZPoint are cumulative and long lasting.

Access Consciousness

Access Consciousness is a simple set of tools, techniques and philosophies that allow you to create dynamic change in every area of your life, with your body and with yourself.

Access Consciousness provides you with step-by-step ways to become totally aware and begin to function as the conscious being you really are. Founded by Gary Douglas in 1990 and expanding with the added co-creation of Dr. Dain Heer over the last 11 years, Access Consciousness is now available in many countries throughout the world.

The BARS

There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.” They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.

For example; every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called "money." There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named.
