Robert "Bert" Williams L.Ac. is a graduate of Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where he earned his Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. His post-graduate program was through the Nan Jing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) held at the Acupuncture and Gastrointestinal Department of the Jian Zhong TCM Hospital, Jiang Su Research Institute of TCM, and the Qin Huai TCM Hospital. He is licensed by the State of Oregon to practice acupuncture, and is a Nationally Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture via the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

Bert is also a certified practitioner in the ZPoint process via the creator of this amazing energy therapy; Grant Connolly. He found the ZPoint process while studying EFT (emotional freedom technique) as a way to address emotional and spiritual issues. He has found no other method better to address these issues. It serves as a self help method patients can use themselves at anytime to address these issues. His findings have also shown ZPoint to work on improving confidence, enhancing meditation, and adding abundance to all areas of life. There seems to be no limit to this work and Bert is amazed at the results of this special healing modality.
